Sunday's by Invitation
The cost of each practice is only $10 per shooter (and parents are encouraged to participate). Archers do not need to have their own equipment, but basic safety equipment is required. If you have your own equipment, bring it along. If not, rental equipment is available through Tanglewood Archery for additional $4.
Our newest archers will have a quick safety course with an instructor to help learn range rules and to determine the amount of archery knowledge our shooters have. After that, we'll join the group and hopefully, have a great time!
Since this is designed as a children's league and with safety as our main focus, we always have more than one very visible, very qualified instructors, at all times. Our instructors teach the B.E.S.T. method of shooting which is the adopted style of the U.S. Olympic Team.
Please contact Mike Schultz for additional information regarding the JOAD Program offered at Tanglewood Archery.
